At Siriva, we value transparency and fairness.

Consultation Fees

The ₹499 registration or consultation fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

This fee covers time, preparation, and professional consultation resources.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Payment deducted but consultation not scheduled due to a technical error

Duplicate payment for the same consultation

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
